Katerina Barampouti is an award-winning artist, performer, curator and creativity coach, living and working in London. Taking part in international festivals and Biennales, Katerina was granted the Russian Art Critics Federation Diploma. In parallel, she is working with individuals and corporations in the UK, USA and Europe, leading workshops and coaching sessions on creativity, mindful leadership, communication and behavioural change. She is an accredited mindfulness Teacher Member of the Mindfulness Association, a Healer Member of NFSH and an NLP practitioner accredited by ITA Global. Katerina’s approach is cross-disciplinary, aligning a variety of tools and techniques to optimize learning for her students and clients. Her work philosophy is arts-centric, using the transformative power of visuals, sound and theatre to facilitate self-awareness and professional development. With degrees from the Athens School of Fine Arts and Goldsmiths University of London, Katerina has also independently studied alongside the pioneer actor coaches Mirka Yementzakis and Bernard Hiller. Her current work ART DEFEATS FEAR is a movement in progress.

Roula Akalestou is seen as an established contemporary artist. Roula Akalestou has studied painting, History and Theory of Art in the School of Fine Arts, Athens, (Entered as an "exceptional talent", graduated with honors "excellently 30/30") and in Ecole des Beaux Arts, Montpellier, France (Scholarship). She exhibited her work in solo and group exhibitions in Greece, Italy, France, Switzerland, England, Korea, USA and Canada. Her artworks can be seen in museums and public collections: at the School of Fine Arts of Athens, the Municipal Gallery of Athens, the University of Patras, the Ministry of Culture, the Greek Embassy Ottawa-Canada, and in private collections in Greece, Italy, Switzerland, France, USA and Canada. Her work is included in Modern Art History lessons of Greek Universities; it is presented in several articles and interviews in the press, in 20 exhibition catalogues and 12 books. She has been particularly involved, with the Art and philosophy of the Far East, for 6 years. In parallel, for the last 8 years, she has also been teaching painting, Visual Perception and Colour Theory, History of Art and Civilization.
